Intensive care - constant attention to a project for a short time

Intensive care

We provide mentoring and assistance to a Project Manager for a few days or weeks

Sometimes, the necessary skills and abilities to fix project problems are not sufficiently developed within an organisation. Maybe contractors or consultants have been employed but have moved on without increasing staff knowledge through knowledge transfer. Perhaps there was a lack of focus on the actual difficulties being encountered.

Extensive training can be difficult to justify when budgets are tight and you obviously need to extract maximum benefit from any training that has been given. Mentoring and 'hand-holding' can be used to supplement training or, in some cases, be a cost-effective alternative.

Cost and time are tailored to need and should be value driven. A face-to-face approach is used.
